Contracted as Owner’s Representative to lead departmental pre-opening critical-path activities for The Blake at Taos Ski Valley, an 80-key, (then) new-build independent resort and spa, managing cross-functional readiness amid limited access conditions, and compressed construction-to-opening timelines, including vendor and FF&E coordination, in-market logistics, and opening-sequence execution through a successful launch (opened Feb 2017).
