Served as the owner’s representative for the proposed development of a 410,000 m² ecologically sensitive mixed-use community in Escazú (San José), Costa Rica, encompassing a 225-key luxury hotel, 650 serviced apartments, 225 residential units, a 24,000 m² convention center, 30,000 m² of premium retail, 15,000 m² of Class A office space, and a 1,500-space parking facility.
