In recent years Adam has expanded his focus to outdoor recreation and wilderness-centric ventures, applying Wilshire’s strategic rigor to projects that celebrate the natural environment and tap into the rising demand for authentic, active travel experiences. Under his direction, the firm integrates outdoor recreation planning with site selection, facilities programming, and venture partner alignment—helping developers and operators build destinations that honor landscape, culture, and community.
