Serving as active owner’s representative for a 300+ acre luxury destination resort on the western coast of Mexico in Costa Nayarit, providing early-stage planning and design oversight while advancing a long-term, regenerative development vision encompassing branded residences and multiple experiential hospitality brands, and leading the identification and preliminary alignment of global brand-operators and strategic capital partners to support a sustainable, destination-scale community.
