Served as Owner/Seller Representative and internal project director for Vail Resorts, Inc. in the successful sale of The Village Inn to Gravity Haus (60 keys), coordinating seller, buyer, design, development, and operations workstreams to support the brand’s expansion launch and administer post-closing obligations related to renovation performance, design approvals, redevelopment execution, and operator integration following the asset’s $15M+ repositioning.
