Provide strategic advisory support for Sunshine Grove, an 850+ acre master-planned regenerative community in Okeechobee, advancing early-stage planning and execution of an arts-, entertainment-, and culture-anchored experiential resort destination; scope included design-team RFP administration and selection, contract negotiation, vendor and consultant management, capital project accounting, and owner-side client administration, with strategic alignment to a nationally recognized arts and music festival platform as a placemaking and demand-generation driver.
