Serve as Project Director for The Village at Mt. Crested Butte, leading local land-use planning, approvals, and infrastructure improvement initiatives, including consultant and vendor selection, capital project accounting, contractor and schedule oversight, and direct representation before municipal agencies and community stakeholders to advance phased development objectives.
